The committee has invited the two persons who have made written allegations against the nominee to substantiate them tomorrow, Tuesday, November four. The statement said Osabarima Awuah Kotoko the second, Begorohene, has on several occasions commended the nominee while he was the DCE for the assembly’s judicious application of the district’s Common Fund. “Mr. Ofosu-Ampofo, in the candid opinion of the council, deserves to be nominated to that responsible position of deputy minister for the region and therefore thanked the president for his kind gesture,” the traditional council statement said.
