Extend telecommunication services to the rural areas – Spio-Garbrah

Accra), 23 April, The Government’s decentralisation policy to involve wider grassroots participation in the decision-making process, demands additional investment in telecommunication services to the rural areas. This will speed up the development process and bring the rural communities closer to the rest of the world, Mr. Ekow Spio-Garbrah, Minister of Communications said in Accra today.
