EuroGet to construct eight hospitals in two years

Accra, Aug. 5, GNA – EuroGet Group International, a project management and financing group, on Thursday pledged to handover to the Government two fully furnished regional and six district hospitals estimated at 339 million dollars within the next two years.

In addition, it would provide a 24-month defect liability period for government.

The project is in line with the strategic objective of the Ministry of Health’s Five-Year Programme to strengthen health systems capacity to expand, manage and sustain high coverage of services.

The Ghana Eight Number Hospitals project has a concessionary credit of 36.5 per cent from EuroGet De-Invest S.A. of Egypt and would start between 30-60 days when soil investigations and site preparation had been completed.
