Estimates Of Judicial Service Before Parliament

Accra(Greater Accra) 4 Dec. ’97 The draft estimates of the audit and Judicial Services were today laid in Parliament. Mr.. Justice Daniel Francis Annan, the speaker, told the house that the estimates would be in his custody for release at the “Appropriate time”. The constitution stipulates that the Chief Justice in consultation with the Judicial Council, caused to be submitted to the President at least two months before the end of each year, the estimates of the administrative expenses be laid before parliament.
