Accra, Dec. 8, GNA – The death is announced of Mrs Beatrice Martina Amu, 81, wife of the legendary musicologist Dr Ephriam Amu, at Accra. Mrs Amu died on November 28 after a protracted illness. According to a family spokesman, Mr Victor Ameyibor, burial would take place at Peki Avetile cemetery on December 17 after memorial and burial service at the Peki Evangelical Presbyterian Church at 0900 hours.
According to the family, there would be no wake keeping, no tributes and no wreaths. The attire is black and white.
