Enumeration exercise resumes in Hohoe

Hohoe, Oct 8, GNA – The enumeration exercise of the Housing and Population Census has resumed in the Hohoe Municipal after a temporary hold up due to defective questionnaires. The local Statistical Office has received additional 5,000 good questionnaires from its head Office for distribution to field officers in the exercise.

Mr Joseph Dzah, the Municipal Statistical Officer, who briefed the Ghana News Agency, on Friday, said the documents are been distributed to enumerators across the Municipality. He called on traditional authorities, religious organisations and other identifiable groups to continue with public awareness creation for the success of the exercise. Enumerators last Tuesday discovered some repetitions of pages 3 and 4 on page 11 and 12, when they were assessing the questionnaires for the exercise.
