Emmanuel Atta Released by Spartak Pleven After his Spell in Bulgarian Second Tier

French-Ghanaian winger Emmanuel Atta has been released by Bulgarian club Spartak Pleven following the conclusion of his contract, which is set to expire at the end of June.

The 24-year-old made 17 appearances for the Second League side this season, registering a single goal and one assist during his stint. His departure comes as part of a wider squad reshuffle as Spartak Pleven prepare for the next campaign.

Atta, who began his career in France before exploring opportunities across Eastern Europe, is now a free agent. According to transfer estimates, he currently holds a market value of around €50,000.

The winger, known for his pace and direct style of play, struggled to make a consistent impact in Bulgaria’s second tier but will now be seeking a fresh start elsewhere in Europe or beyond.
