Elisha Sam Parts Ways with Paralimniou as Contract Ends

Ghanaian striker Elisha Sam has officially left Cypriot side Paralimniou after the club decided not to extend his contract, which expires at the end of June.

The 28-year-old, who was born in the Netherlands but represents Ghana, has now become a free agent and is weighing his next move.

Sam joined Paralimniou in 2023 and featured prominently for the Cypriot second-tier side during the season. However, the club has opted not to renew his deal, bringing an end to his time on the Mediterranean island.

While no official reason has been given for the decision, it’s understood both parties agreed to part ways amicably.

Sam, known for his physical presence and eye for goal, has had a varied career across Europe.

He now faces a new chapter and is expected to attract interest from clubs across Europe and beyond, with the summer transfer window just opening.
