Nkoranza (B/A), June 23, GNA- Mr Kwabena Asante, Nkoranza district electoral officer has commended the people for their co-operative spirit in electoral activities.
“Unlike other places where the youth harass electoral officers during elections, we have never experienced such negative attitude in the district”, he said.
Speaking to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in an interview at Nkoranza on Tuesda, Mr. Asante expressed appreciation for the peaceful and successful District Assembly elections in all the communities. He also commended the field staff for their high sense of duty, saying he did not encounter any problem when cross checking the forms of the voters registration exercise.
He urged the people to maintain such discipline for the success of the December general election.
