EGLE Party supports NDC

Accra, Oct. 22, GNA – Every Ghanaian Living Everywhere (EGLE) party has thrown its weight behind the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the December 7 election and urged its members to vote for the party’s candidates.

In a communiqu=E9 signed by Alhaji Alhaji Bene, National Chairman and issued after an emergency meting, the party said it was recommitting itself to the terms and conditions under the Progressive Alliance since 1992 that binds it to the NDC.

“In the light of the foregoing, the EGLE party declares its unalloyed support for Prof. John Evans Atta Mills, the candidate of the NDC and all NDC parliamentary candidates in the December 7 general elections.

“The party therefore wishes to advise all its members and supporters to vote massively for the NDC in their respective constituencies to ensure total victory.” The EGLE party was formed in 1992 and has been in alliance with the NDC in all elections since then. 22 Oct. 08
