Egle Party calls for harmony in the Ghanaian body politic

The National Executive Committee of the Egle Party said on Monday that it believed the death of President John Evans Atta Mills would bring harmony in the Ghanaian body politic and ensure peaceful Election 2012.

A statement issued in Accra by Mr. Kojo Imbiah-Tismark, General Secretary of the Party and copied to Ghana News Agency said “The Party believes that his death will bring harmony in the Ghanaian body politic and ensure peaceful Election 2012″.

The party extended its deepest sympathy and condolence to the Government and the people of Ghana, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the family of the late President.

It congratulated President John Dramani Mahama on his assumption of office as President, and expressed the hope that he would continue with the good works of late President Mills to promote the Better Ghana Agenda.**
