EGIF commends President Mahama

Emperor Gaza International Foundation (EGIF), an Accra-based Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) that uses sports to empower the disabled, has commended President John Dramani Mahama for appointing Dr Henry Seidu Danaa as the Minister for Chieftaincy and Traditional Affairs.

A statement signed by Prince Charles Sackeyfio, president of EGIF, said Dr Daannaa appointment fall in line with its vision of empowering the disabled in society.

“We are highly impressed and touched by Dr Danaa elevation to the position. This is what we stand for and we would like to seize this opportunity to urge him on to go the extra mile to succeed.

“We salute you and we strongly believe you will give your best with this perfect opportunity. We at EGIF and our patron His Excellency Aydin Nurhan Turkish Ambassador to Ghana, have no doubt you will do your best to justify the confidence reposed in you by the president,” the statement noted.

EGIF a vibrant NGO which has famous Hip-Life group VIP as its ambassadors seeks primarily to empower the disabled through the use of sports.
