Effutu NASPA donated to Rafiki Orphanage

Winneba (C/R), Aug 1, GNA – As part of activities to mark the Effutu Municipal National Service Personnel’s Week celebrations, the personnel at the weekend donated items worth 500.00 Ghana Cedis to the Rafiki Orphanage at Gyahadze in the Central Region.

The items included, rice, biscuits, soft drinks, toilet rolls, cooking oil, and tin tomatoes.

Making the presentation to the management of the home, Mr Benjamin Nana Yamoah, President, National Service Personnel Association (NASPA) said, the donation was to support the management to help cater for the children.

The Reverend Ekow Sey, Director of the Home, who received the items, thanked the personnel for their kind gesture, and appealed to others benevolent organisations to come of the aid of the Home.
