Fast Track Court Cases Adjourned
Mr Justice J.C. Amonoo-Monney, the trial judge in the case in which Hanny Sherry Ayittey and three others are being tried by a Fast Track Court (FTC) says the case will be adjourned from time-to-time. According to him, adjournments will be granted as and when necessary until the final determination of the review being sought by the Attorney General for Supreme Court’s declaration of the Fast Track Courts as illegal.
