Half Assini (W/R) Nov. 1 GNA – Vice President John Dramani Mahama has said education remained the livewire of any development and investing in it was necessary. The vice-President said this in an address read for him by the Minister for Education, Mr Alex Teeth Enyo at the Golden Jubilee Anniversary celebration of the Half Assini Senior High School at Half Assini on Saturday.
