Ecobank Ghana has commended Rotary International for its constant effort at touching the lives of the under privileged.
According to the bank, the unparallel act of kindness is what attracts it to support Rotary activities globally.
This was made known by the Head of Corporate Communication Ecobank Ghana and Anglophone West Africa, Reverend Patricia Sappor.
Speaking at the 4th District Training Assembly and Conference (DTAC) at the Accra International Conference Center, Mrs. Sappor said: “Rotary International has over the years contributed to the well being of many under privileged communities globally”.
“The impact of Rotary International and particularly within the African continent is very eminent. It is the reason why Ecobank, the Pan African bank has consistently supported Rotary International execute its mandate”.
The 4th District Training Assembly and Conference has four countries participating; Ghana, Benin, Niger and Togo.
One of the major agenda of the conference is to identify innovative means through which Rotary can contribute to the development of Africa.
Ecobank reiterated its unrelenting support to the operation of Rotary International and made particular mention of District 9102 for adding value to the lives of many.
