‘Easy School Find’ Project to be launched

The ‘Easy School Find’ Project which is aimed at enabling parents and guidance to easily search and access schools of their choice across the country is to be introduced in Ghana’s educational system.

The project which is spearheaded by Digital Education Group, a subsidiary of Etoys & More is scheduled to be launched on Friday 18th July, 2014 at the British Council in Accra.

The Search Engine project, according to facilitators would become one of nation’s most reliable school search engine with a strategic focus on providing easy, convenient, effective and useful electronic school search for parents, guardians, educators and students.

It would also serve as a great platform for useful educational information, ideas and updates for parents and corporate institutions as well as ultimately make schools more visible and promote them through the latest technology.

Mr George Sackey, Chief Executive Officer of Digital Education Group, in an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA) mentioned that the project when fully launched would give Ghanaians the chance to access and search schools of their choices through online at their own comfort.

He disclosed that the project was aimed at simplifying school search through a state of the art technology for parents and all who desire to seek admissions.

Mr Sackey added that the need for the ‘Easy School Find’ package was to offer unrivalled benefits to all, especially parents to access relevant information and a virtual tour of several schools at their own leisure time without any inconveniences.
