Twifo Praso (C/R), July 15, GNA – The Twifo Hemang Lower Denkyira District Magistrate Court has remanded Kojo Nkrumah, an 18-year-old driver’s mate, in custody for raping a 21-year-old lunatic.
Kojo, whose plea was not taken, would reappear on Wednesday July 21. Prosecuting, Police Chief Inspector Henry Tanor told the Court that on July 6, this year, Kojo lured the victim into the bush and sexually abused her.
He said one Mr Mohammed Seidu a farmer who was returning home from his farm, saw the accused in the act and reported him to the police.
