?Dr Anane Is Frustrated?

The minister of Road and Transports, Mr. Richard Anane is said to be going through frustrations sometimes when issues about his extra-marital affairs with an American lady is discussed in public. This notwithstanding, his Public Affairs Manager, Mr. Ken Anku says the Ministers strong character enables him to move on and continue doing his assignments.

Speaking on PeaceFM?s ?Kokrokoo? Morning show today, Mr. Anku said as a normal human being Dr. Anane sometimes feels frustrated to hear his private affairs with Alexander O?Brien being discussed in public. He said however that President Kufuor has entrusted the development of the road transport sector into his boss? care so Dr. Anane is focused on his assignment to ensure that the desired results are achieved.

In another development, lawyers representing Dr. Anane at the Commission of Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) are said to be preparing to take CHRAJ to the Supreme Court over the way and manner CHRAJ is conducting investigations into the Minister?s alleged financial impropriety in the transfer of some funds to his American lady friend, Alexander O?Brien.

According to Mr. Anku, his boss feels CHRAJ is over-stepping its bounds, which could culminate into infringing on his fundamental human rights. Mr. Anku however denied claims by some people that his boss is running away from CHRAJ. He said Dr. Anane has not done anything that could make him run away from CHRAJ adding that his boss has already subjected himself to proceedings by CHRAJ.
