Dormaa District Forestry Manager dies in an accident

Wamanafo(B/A), March 17, GNA – Mr Martin Nadelba Dong 44, Dormaa District Forestry Manager died on the spot when his motorbike collided with a Nissan Premiere saloon car in a curve near Wamanafo on the Dormaa-Berekum road.

An eyewitness account said driver of the saloon car was travelling from Bonsu in the Western Region to Wamfie when the accident occurred on the night of Thursday, March 2. A source at the Dormaa District Police Command of the Motor Traffic and Transport Unit (MTTU) said the police was investigating the accident.

Meanwhile a post-mortem has been conducted on the corpse and ready for burial at his hometown Chiira, in the Upper West Region.
