Presenting the 10 computers and accessories to the senior high school, Mr. Manso said his NGO was dedicated to helping needy individuals and institutions to become self-sustaining and less dependent on others for survival. He said his target was to make more students of the school access the new world information communication order where information and communication Technology (ICT) has assumed prominence in all spheres of human endeavour.

Mr. Manso urged students and literate adults in the area to seek computer-based knowledge so that they could fit appropriately in the global village.

The headmaster of Salvation Army Senior High School, Mr. Krobea Asante Korang, commended the donor for the gesture and assured him the computers would be utilized appropriately. He noted that the number of the school’s computers were woefully inadequate for the increasing number of students in the school.
