Hohoe Sept. 5, GNA – Medical Practitioners at the Hohoe District Hospital are at post and working, Mrs Rejoice Kreponi, the Hospital Administrator told the GNA at Hohoe on Monday.
She said Dr. Edwin Danoo, the District Medical Superintendent was at the theatre attending to patients.
Mrs Kreponi said the Ghana Medical Association (GMA) had not informed the hospital officially about the strike action by its members and the hospital could not take action on directives through the media. The GMA last Friday asked its members to embark on the strike action until all arrears in the Additional Duty Hours Allowance (ADHA) were paid.
