A customer of troubled microfinance firm DKM has reportedly died after he was stunned by the repayment package he received Monday.
Micky Enterprise, as the Berekum-based customer is known, died Monday evening after he received a compensation of GHC3,500 for his GHC600,000 investment with DKM.
Leader of the ‘Concerned DKM customers’ Maxwell Mahama told Kasapa FM Tuesday that a lot more people may lose their lives if the meagre repayment being given them is not reversed.
Many of the customers who are discontent with their repayment packages have threatened to boycott the process and proceed to the court to seek redress.
