Deputy Ministers-designate to be vetted on March 14

The Minority Leader and Ranking Member on the Appointments Committee of Parliament Haruna Iddrisu says the committee will start vetting deputy ministers- designate next Tuesday March 14.

He said regional ministers- designate announced last week will set the tone for quizzing the proposed deputy ministers to be announced by President Akufo-Addo.

Mr. Iddrisu said this in parliament at a media interaction. He said, given their complementary role, the committee will not spend too much time on an individual as it did on the ministers.
