Counsel for eight persons who aided the escape of 13 members of the Delta Force from the custody of a Kumasi Circuit Court have filed a bail application at the High court.
This was after the Kumasi Circuit Court Two remanded them to reappear on 18th April.
The eight were charged with causing disturbances in court, rescuing persons in lawful custody, and resisting arrest.
The eight men besieged the court to release 13 of their members who were standing trial for violent behaviour and assault of a public officer.
