A Kumasi High Court presided by Justice Obiri Yeboah has granted bail to the 13 Delta Force suspects standing trial for criminal charges.
Each of them is to execute a bail bond of GHS10,000 with two sureties each to be justified.
They are also to submit photocopies of their valid ID cards and report to the Criminal Investigations Department of the Ghana Police Service each week
The 13 are on trial for rioting, assaulting a public officer, and conspiracy to commit crime.
