Ho, Aug 9, GNA – A delegation of chiefs from the Volta Region, busines= s people and political leaders is to visit the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Provinc= e of China from September 16 to September 22 this year. The trip is under the aegis of the Volta Regional House of Chiefs with collaboration with the Volta Regional Coordinating Council. A statement signed by Mr John Kukah, Secretary of the Asogli State Secretariat, copied to GNA, said the visit 93is a prelude to the establishment of a Sister State relationship between the Volta Region and Ningxia Hui Province.”
It said preparations for that relationship was advanced and mentioned trade, agriculture, manufacturing, mining, science and technology, fish and livestock farming, tourism and culture as areas to be explored in the Ningxia Hui-Volta pact.
