Ghanaians would go to the polls on Tuesday December 7 to elect a President and 230 Members for the Fourth Parliament of the Fourth Republic, Dr Kwadwo Afari Djan, Chairman of the Electoral Commission (EC) told the Ghana News Agency on Friday. He said voting would take place between 0700 hours and 1700 hours.
