DCE promises even share of development projects

Kumasi, Aug. 24, GNA – The District Chief Executive for Atwima-Mponua, Mrs Theresah Adomako Tawiah, has promised to ensure fair distribution of development projects in the area. She said no community in the district would be denied its fair share of developments in the district and that the implementation of projects would be devoid of partisan consideration. Mrs Tawiah said this when she paid a courtesy call on Baffour Asare Owusu Amankwatia, the Bantamahene at his palace in Bantama, Kumasi.

Majority of the communities in the Atwima Mponua district owed traditional allegiance to the Bantamahene. She also spoke of her determination to make sure that chiefs were adequately involved in decision making in the socio-economic progress of the area.

Baffour Asare Owusu expressed his appreciation for the visit and urged her to work hard to improve the living conditions of the people.
