The Association of Cuba Trained Professionals, on Wednesday said late President John Evans Atta Mills showed beyond doubt that he was a man of the people through his actions and words.
The Association said in a condolence message that, memories of late President Mills would remain “engraved in our hearts and minds forever.”
The message, signed by Mr. Kwame Apedzi, President of the Association, is to express condolences to President John Dramani Mahama, Mrs Ernestina Naadu Mills, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the people of Ghana
The message said President Mills recognized them as people with unique patriotism and gave opportunities to some of them to serve in positions of trust.
President Mills died at the 37th Military Hospital on July 24.**
