Create conducive atmosphere for Peaceful Elections – Apostle

Apostle Samuel Sowah, President of The Apostolic Company, a Tema-based Church organization has underscored the need for politicians to use their platforms to create a congenial and peaceful environment, that would enable Ghanaians to vote in the December elections without fear and intimidation.

Apostle Sowah who made the call at a Believers’ National Prayer Summit in Tema, pointed out that a stable and peaceful atmosphere, before, during, and after the December Polls, would usher the country into progress and further advancement.

The Summit aimed at “praying Ghana through her elections, has as its theme, “The Decree of the Watchers.”

He reiterated the call on politicians to guard against the use of foul and intemperate language in their campaigns.

While warning Ghanaians not to use the Media to “say things that are bigger than their mouths,” Apostle Sowah pleaded with them to be each others’ keeper, and endeavour to hold on fast to the natural resources God has endowed the nation with.

He charged Christians to seek the face of God by praying fervently and unceasingly for His favour upon the nation, to ensure peace and stability during and after the December 7 elections.**
