Nkwanta (V/R), Nov. 28, GNA – The Volta Regional Youth Organiser of the Convention People’s Party (CPP), Mr. Paul Nuwornu, has expressed optimism that the Party will win power in next year’s elections. In a speech during the swearing-in of Nkwanta Nkwanta North Constituency Executive of the CPP at Kpasa, Mr Nuwornu held that the CPP was the only Party with the best track record, compared to the ruling New Patriotic Party and the opposition National Democratic Congress. Mr. Nuwornu stated that the CPP was the only Party that had been pursuing wholeheartedly the country’s development agenda and urged the new executive members to work hard towards victory in 2008.
