CPP parliamentary candidate sure to win New Edubiase seat

New Edubiase (Ash), Oct 26, GNA- The Convention People’s Party (CPP) parliamentary candidate for New Edubiase in the Adansi South District of Ashanti has said the party would take the seat from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the December elections. Madam Sophia Afrakoma said CPP was fully prepared to get the seat from the NDC, which won the seat since 1992.

Speaking in an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA) at New Edubiase last Sunday, she said the people in the constituency had now realised that they made a mistake by voting for the NDC three consecutive times without any physical improvement in the area. She said the constituents have now lost trust and confidence in the NDC and were prepared to vote for her.
