CPP mourns Baah-Wiredu

Accra, Sept. 26, GNA – The Convention People’s Party (CPP) on Friday

joined other political parties in mourning the sudden passing of the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning, Mr. Kwadwo Baah-Wiredu. A statement signed by Ivor Kobina Greenstreet in Accra offered the party’s condolences to the family of the late minister. It said: “The Honourable Baah-Wiredu was a humble approachable, hardworking and dedicated servant of the nation with a great capacity for attention to detail. “Ghana has lost an extraordinary man and a first class gentleman. May his soul rest in peace.”
