Court remands communication centre operator in custody

Nkawie (Ash), April 14, GNA – The Nkawie Circuit Court presided over by Mr Jerome Noble Nkrumah has remanded Attah Britwum, a communication centre operator at Barekese in prison custody for destroying a writ of summons served on him by environmental health officers. He pleaded not guilty to the charge and will re-appear on April 25.

Prosecuting, Mr P.V.
