According to Inspector Tawiah, the matter became rumours in the community.

She said on October 2, convict paid his usual visit to the complainant and while leaving he asked one of the victims to accompany him to buy nestle coffee for the complainant.

Inspector Tawiah said on reaching the uncompleted building, he dragged her in, but the complainant who was following closely accosted the convict and raised the alarm and one Akos and the Unit Committee Chairman came to the scene.
