Additionally he has been bonded to be of good behavior for 12 months and could be jailed up to 12 months if he goes contrary.

The prosecutor Augustine K. Beenyigi told the court that the complainant in the case is a tenant in the convict`s family house in Christian quarters in Asamankese but in August 2016, the complainant`s elder sister mobile phone was stolen with the accused being the main suspect.

This however degenerated into a misunderstanding between them and a week later, the accused took naked pictures of the complainant while she was bathing in the bathroom beside the convict’s window and circulated them on the social media.

He said a witness, in this case confronted the complainant and showed her some of the images that had gone viral on various social media platforms.

The case was later reported to the police and the accused person arrested and upon interrogation admitted offence and was subsequently arraigned before court and charged.
