The Supreme Court has adjourn to the 23rd of May its ruling on a landmark case in which two deputy Ministers are suing the chairman of the opposition New Patriotic Party(NPP) and Former minister of state Jake obetsebi Lamptey for unlawfully purchasing a state Bungalow.
The court adjourned the ruling because one of the judges sitting on the case was indisposed.
The case which has been pending for the last 3 years and the court was expected to give its final ruling today.
The two deputy Ministers; Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa and Dr Omane Boamah went to court to challenge the decision on whether the purchase of a state bungalow by the former minister was legal or otherwise.
However the two would have to wait till the 23rd of May to know the final outcome of the case.
