Council members for Institute of Local Govt Studies Appointed

Accra, Aug. 6, GNA – President John Agyekum Kufour has appointed 10 persons to serve on the Council of the Institute of Local Government Studies.

A press release signed by the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Mr Kwadwo Adjei-Darko said the appointment was in accordance with the Institute of Local Government Studies Act.

Dr T. B. Wereko would chair the 10-member Council.

Members are Mrs Offei Aboagye; Mr D.A Nyankamawu; Mr Eric N. Nortey; Mr Paul Effah and Professor S. N. Woode.

The rest are Mr Ameyaw Kyeremeh; Mrs Regina Apotsi; Naa Abubakar Abdrahaman and Mr Ankrah Kyeremeh.
