Corruption is like a “designed dress” for the NDC – Sir John

Former General Secretary of the opposition NPP, Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie popularly known as Sir John has stated that members of the NDC have refused to admit their corruption gimmicks just because it has become part of their daily lives, therefore, they see nothing wrong with it.

“Corruption has now become a designed dress that NDC members wear daily,” he said.

He asserted on UTV’s morning show that “President Mahama lacks credibility and has no confidence in himself as the president of this country.”

According to Sir John, President Mahama and his administration have become untamed about corruption and claiming they are fulfilling projects promised in their manifesto just because they have realized they will lose to the NPP in the upcoming election.

“That is why they have taken it upon themselves to store up and waste resources belonging to the state,” he alleged.

He accused the ruling government of inflating amounts used in development projects to thrice the actual cost due to the kickbacks that goes into the pockets of the same NDC government.

He advised Ghanaians to be on the guard and never to be convinced by the last day wonders of the NDC since that is the strategy they have taken just to win the up-coming elections.

He reiterated that Ghanaians will suffer worse situations than they are experiencing now if the Mahama government stay in power.
