Continue Mahama’s projects – Youth tell Akufo-Addo

Some youth in the Volta Region took to the streets in the regional capital, Ho, on Friday, 17 November to protest against the delay in completing infrastructure projects in that part of the country.

The demonstrators say they have noticed that most development projects started by the Mahama administration including the Ho Airport construction, the Eastern Corridor road and several others which were at different stages of completion, have suddenly stalled.

Mawunyo Agbe, spokesperson for the group told journalists: “We don’t intend to send the president any long petition apart from what have been captured on the various placards.

“We want development, we want the projects that were started to be completed because all of us are Ghanaians.”
