Congratulatory Message From NDC Chicago.

National Democratic Congress (NDC) branch in Chicago and its environs congratulate the National Democratic Party in Ghana on the occasion of a successful congress that retained President John Attah Mills as the flagbearer of our great party for the 2012 General and parliamentary elections. We are proud that once again the NDC as a party have amply demonstrated to Ghanaians and the world at large that our great party is rooted in the principles and tenets of democracy.

As President Mills stated after he was reelected flagbearer, we again urge all NDC members to unite and work towards the reelection of President Mills and all NDC Parliamentarians so that the party can retain both the presidency and majority in Parliament come the 2012 presidential and parliamentary elections.

This will assure that the “Better Ghana Agenda” of President Mills will be logically fulfilled. Though we are confident that the NDC will win come 2012, we should not underestimate the force of the opposition against us. We, the NDC branch members in Chicago , will do everything within our power to make sure that our beloved party wins the 2012 elections handsomely.

We also want all well-meaning Ghanaians to continue working hard with President Mills so that together we can effectively combat hunger and food insecurity, better education and healthcare for all Ghanaians, enhance internal security and stability, and advance good governance and human rights in our country and throughout Africa.

On this occasion, we reaffirm our faith in the promise of Ghana, and wish all the people of Ghana a prosperous future. Chicago NDC Branch Members.
