Congratulations to new governor of bank of ghana

The Third Vice Chairman of the Convention Peoples Party (CPP) Alhaji Ahmed Tijani has in a press statement released in Tamale expressed his “ heartfelt congratulations” to the newly appointed Governor of the Bank of Ghana Dr Nashiru Issahaku; a noble and respected son of kumbungu in the Dagbon kingdom of the northern region. In the statement, Alhaji Tijani stated that” Dr Nashiru’s appointment amply demonstrate that hard work, perseverance and humility are the hallmarks of success which the Governor has in abundance and that no matter one’s age, beginning or where one comes from if the person has the competency, requisite skills and is hard working nothing stops him/her from rising to greater heights in life. Dr Nashiru’s elevation to the enviable but challenging position of Governor of Bank of Ghana should be an inspiration to the youth of the north in particular and Ghana as a whole. The Third Vice chairman added that the “President, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama should be commended for giving the youth of this country the opportunity to serve in the highest echelon of government; a path that was blazed by the Convention Peoples Party led by Dr Kwame Nkrumah of blessed memory. In shaa Allah, a new CPP government under Ivor Greenstreet will focus on providing employable skills to the teeming youth of Ghana to enable them secure employment in the private and public service or set up their own enterprises.” Alhaji Tijani concluded by “wishing the Governor a successful and memorable tenure and Allah’s protection and guidance”.
