Community Assist School

Coaltar (Eastern Region) 15 Nov. The coaltar community in the Suhum-Kraboa-Coaltar District has presented a lawn mower worth 3.5 million cedis and a cash of 1.5 million cedis to the coaltar presbyterian senior secondary school. The presentation was made at the Town’s Fund-Raising Rally in aid of the development of the school and the town. Mr.. Thomas Freeman Agbesi, Assembly Member for the area, on behalf of the community presented the items to the school and said the donation formed part of the contribution towards the development of the school. Mr.. Daniel Kwabena Sakyie, Chairman of the parent-teacher association of the school, received the items and thanked the coaltar community for their gesture. Mr.. George Niikorang, Headmaster expressed satisfaction about the efforts of the coaltar community towards the development of the school.
