The Commission of Enquiry into Payments from Public Funds arising from Judgment Debts and related processes (C.I79) invites Nana Kwaku Duah Appianim 111 and two others to report to the Commission in respect of the case.
A statement issued by George William Dove, Public Relations Officer of the Commission on Monday and copied to Ghana News Agency said Nana Kwaku Duah Appianin III and Nana Akyiaa Tiwaa, Asaaman Kanin Hemaa and Abusuapanin Kwasi Kontoh, Kofinini Abusuapanin, versus Ministry of Defence and the Attorney General were joint to Suit no. C1/233/08
The case was decided at the Kumasi High court on the July 16, 2009.
The Commission holds its sittings at the auditorium of the old Parliament House opposite the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum.
They are to report to the Commission on Wednesday April 3 at 10.00 am prompt and are at liberty to appear with their lawyers.
