Commission of Enquiry into Judgement debts invites persons

The Commission of Enquiry into payments from public funds arising from judgment debts and related processes (C.I79) has invited Alhaji Mohammed Kwaku Doku and three others to report to the Commission in respect of the case.

A statement issued by George William Dove, Public Relations Officer of the Commission on Friday and copied to the Ghana News Agency, said the rest are Benjamin Nii Teiko of Benleo Art Creations, Samuel Woolhouse Allotey Addo and representatives of Rockshell International Limited.

It said they are informed that the Commission holds its sittings at the auditorium of the Old Parliament House opposite the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum.

They are to report to the Commission on Wednesday April 24 at 10.00 am prompt and are at liberty to appear with their lawyers.
