Clergyman calls for unity among Pastors

The Rev. Prophet Price Kofi Okyere, the President of Faith Anointing International Ministries, has called on religious leaders to unite, come under one umbrella, and contribute to the development of the nation.

He said the situation where some men of God were at each other’s throat did not augur well for the smooth development of the country.

Rev. Okyere told the GNA in an interview that there was the need for men of God to be role models and that it was sad to sometimes hear them on the airwaves tearing each other apart and leading lives unworthy of pastors.

He appealed to pastors to pray unceasingly for the nation and urged the youth to lead good lives and desist from the get-rich-quick attitude.

Rev. Okyere said the church was in the process of acquiring a large tract of land to enable it to put up a hospital and school, and gave the assurance that the church would continue to support the poor and the needy, widows and female potters.
