Mankranso (Ash), Nov 10, GNA- Members of the Ashanti Region Civil Servants Association are to benefit from a savings and loans scheme they established about six months ago.
Under the scheme applicants would be given two million cedis cash each as from next year.
Mr Joseph Thomas Otoo, secretary to the association, said this at a meeting of the Ahafo-Ano South District branch of the association at Mankranso at the weekend.
He said the savings and loans scheme was established to help civil servants obtain soft loans. 10 Nov 03
