Citizen donates shirts to students

Busunya (B/A) Aug. 20, GNA – Mrs. Agnes Nsiah-Gyabaah, a citizen of Busunya in the Nkoranza District has presented 40 white shirts to selected male students at the Busunya Senior Secondary School (SSS). Mrs. Nsiah-Gyabaah, also the wife of Dr. Kwasi Nsiah-Gyabaah, Principal of Sunyani Polytechnic (S.POLY) said her offer was to encourage the students to take their education serious in order that they would be successful in their future careers.

She stressed the need for the students to show much respect to their teachers and be obedient to the regulations of the school. Mrs. Nsiah-Gyabaah also cautioned the students against pre-marital sexual practices so as to free themselves from contracting HIV/AIDS, which is now on the ascendancy and claiming lives.

Mr. Abubakari Ankomah, Headmaster of the school was grateful to the donor for her kind and generous gesture towards the students. Mr. Ankomah called on other citizens of the area to emulate Mrs Nsiah-Gyabaah as a contribution to the successful growth of the school.
