Wassa Ateiku (W/R), Aug. 29, GNA – The Wassa Ateiku Church of Christ has awarded scholarship to Jack Oduro and Frederick Asante both of Church of Christ Basic School to further their studies in the US.
The two students performed well in the 2011 BECE and have left to study at Dallas Christian School.
Rev Lawrence Oduro, the Chief Executive of the church and the director of the school, told the GNA in an interview that the school scored 100% in the 2011 BECE as all the 15 candidates presented passed, with the lowest aggregate being 13.
Rev Oduro appealed to parents to provide their children with learning materials.
